What We Offer

Our home operates with clear guidelines to support a safe and respectful environment including: weekly drug screenings, established routines, quiet hours, and visitor policies.

For resident safety, the home’s exact location is not publicly listed.

Our Homes include:

  • Fully furnished bedrooms

  • Comfortable common areas for rest and connection

  • Shared kitchen and dining area for daily meals

  • On-site laundry and essential amenities

  • Clean, well-maintained bathrooms

  • Wifi

  • All Utilities

If you are a professional seeking placement for a client, we are happy to discuss availability, eligibility, and next steps.

Referral Process

We aim to make the referral and intake process simple, respectful, and timely.

Step 1: Submit a Referral

Referrals may be submitted by:

  • Case managers

  • Social workers

  • Hospitals

  • Community organizations

  • Self-referrals (when applicable)

Please include:

  • Client’s first name and age

  • Current living situation

  • Reason for referral

  • Anticipated move-in timeframe

  • Any relevant support needs

    Step 2: Application Review

    Our team will review the referral to ensure the individual is a good fit for our program and current availability. Reviews are typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

Step 3: Intake Call or Interview

If the referral appears to be a good fit, we will schedule:

  • A brief intake call, or

  • An in-person/virtual interview

This helps us confirm expectations, house guidelines, and support needs.

Step 4: Acceptance & Move-In Scheduling

Once approved:

  • The referring party and client will be notified

  • Move-in date will be scheduled based on availability

  • Required documentation and program guidelines will be provided

Step 5: Transition & Support

Upon move-in, residents receive:

  • A safe, structured living environment

  • Clear program expectations

  • Ongoing support and accountability
